The PHO laso emphasozed addressing the leading health concerns in the region. Among the most frequest cases in the Emergency Room (ER) were wound injuries, hypertensive diseases, and acute gastroenteritis. These conditions led to a siginificant number of ER visits, indicating ongoing public health challenges that require continued attention and resources. Additionally, common causes for consultations in the Outpatient Depertment (OPD) included animal bites and urinary tract infections (UTI), both of which were prevalent in the province and reflected key health priorities. The PHO’s proactive measures aimed to reduce the frequency of these cases through health educational and preventives.
