On Infrastructure Development Program and Indigenous People’s Welfare, I believe that efficient infrastructure plays a vital role towards sustainable socio-economic growth, thus, creating livelihood opportunities, better transportation accessibility encourages investors from neighboring provinces, and provides refuge in times of weather disturbances and calamities.

Our efforts had been directed to improve the provincial road network in this province. We aimed that our road infrastructure will accelerate the development of our rural communities which is the vital ingredients to boost the economy.

This year, a total of 25.86339 kilometers of Provincial, Barangay/Farm to Market Roads of the province have been completed.

Provisions of basic services such as health, food and nutrition, education, housing, and livelihood opportunities for the welfare of the Indigenous People were given priority through programs under Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) interventions, and the participation of the provincial government to E-CLIP and ELCAC activities.
