               To my fellow public servants, esteemed colleagues in the Provincial Government, and the resillient people of Occidental Mindoro:

               Is is with the greatest pride and humility that I share this message in the Annual Accomplishment Report for Fiscal Year 2024 of the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro. This report reflects not only the dedication and hard work of our leaders and personnel but also the strength and unity of every Mindoreño who continues to spoort our collective aspirations.

The year 2024 was a period of immense challenges and opportunities for our province. Together, we faced the lingering effect of past adversities – from natural calamities to socio-economic distruptions – but we have proven, time and again, that our resilience and bayanihan spirit can overcome any obstacle.

               This year has been a testament to the power of collaboration and good governance.

               Guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity, the Provincial Government has made significant strides in our key priority areas:

1. Economic Recovery and Growth: We focused on revitalizing our local economy through programs supporting agriculture, fisheries, and small businesses. Thses initiatives have provided livelihood opportunities and strengthened and foundations of sustainable development in our communities.
2. Healthcare and Social Services: Enhancing our healthcare system remained a priority. Investments in public health facilities, access to essential services, and programs addressing mental health and well-bing have ensured that no Mindoreño is left behind.
3. Education and Youth Empowerment: We strengthened programs for quality education and youth development, providing scholarship, capacity-building initiatives, and access to technology to prepare our young generation for a brighter future.
4. Infrastructure Development: Key infrastructure projects, including road networks and water systems, have improved connectivity and quality of lofe for our constituents while laying the groundwork for long-term progress.
5. Environmental COnservation and Climate Resilience: As stewards of a province blessed with natural resources, we advanced our efforts inenvironmental preservation and climate adaptation, ensuring that Occidental Mindoro remains a haven for future generations.

               These accomplishments would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our municipal and barangay leaders, non-government organizations, private sector partners, and most importantly, our people. Your active participation and trust fuel our resolve to serve with excellence and integrity.

               As we move forward, let us not rest on our laurels. The journey toward a more progressive, inclusive, and sustainable Occidental Mindoro continues. Let us remains united in our vision, steadfast in our mission, and committed to the ideals of service that define our leadership.

               On behalf of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, I extend my heartfelt grattitude to everyone who has contributed to this year’s successes. Together, let us build a legacy of hope and prosperity for Occidental Mindoro.
